For most of us, saying Yes is much easier than saying No. So how do you say No while maintaining relationships with others, peace with oneself, and integrity before God and man? You always say Yes. That’s right–always. Drawing on the negotiation principles of William Ury, we will show how that is possible and have some time to talk through personal situations and applications.
